The article “In Just 10 Years, The PhD Project has More Than Doubled Crops of Minority Business School Faculty,” was a very exciting article. I was quite interested in the tools that many minorities can access to further their education while taking strides to assist other minorities in their professional growth. The PhD Project has had a major impact on minorities, and is rapidly increasing every year. Seeing the impact that the PhD Project has had on minorities can make an individual consider this project. Considering the PhD Project may make a person raise the bar that has already been set for them.
The PhD Project is a doctoral program which directly places minority students in a university or college to succeed and gain a doctoral degree. Most individuals that do no research on the project listen to word of mouth and may be discouraged by the operation of the PhD Project. The PhD Project is a stepping stone for minorities, it provides more opportunities for academic diversity and growth. This project can allow many students to broaden their horizons when it comes to schools of business and different programs.
One of the main goals the PhD Project instills is diversity. For example, the project has increased 130 percent since 1994, from 294 minority business professors to around 686 minority business professors today. African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans or Native Americans can all share the benefits of being involved with the PhD Project. The program will assist people in their educational growth as well as to help students be diverse while they are in undergraduate programs. Early admission to the PhD Project is highly encouraged. A person should
Fantastic. Well put together paper, great questions and insights. just watch the source. a straight up book can be an iffy source..even if a phd writes it. best if the source is highly cited (can find out through google scholar)... so if you use a book in future papers..make sure to check that .. number of citations. it should be in the hundreds (meaning hundreds of scholars have cited him) otherwise, some person wrote a book and it doesn't make it necessarily scholarly. so just watch that. otherwise…

colleges produce twice as many students who earn a PhD in science than other institutions. This shouldn't be a surprise. Liberal Arts College provides the sort of research experiences that universities often reserve for grad students. One of the missions of liberal arts colleges is to teach kids how to think, talk and write. Don't all schools do that? Not necessarily. You can graduate from plenty of universities without writing essays or research papers. Who, after all, is going to grade 500 essays?…
