Introduction
Dreams open the door of the future, and perseverance makes them come true. My intense interest now is management. It provides me with a good opportunity to improve myself, display my ability to communicate with people. And at the same time I obtain from it the pleasure of study and immense satisfaction. I hope I will become a successful manager in this field someday. With the development of the society and economy, more and more managers are needed in US and China. In order to make full use of my talent in this field and participate in the construction of our country, I have been feeling the strong desire to seek advanced study in a big company in US after graduate in order to better prepare myself for the challenges ahead. What I am pursuing is “to be the best”, and this motto of mine manifests my characteristics and ambitions as well. After I did a group of research, I’m really interested in be a part of HR management department of P&G Company.

It helps us look and smell our best comprised of a diverse yet of busines other occupations s lines. P&G is the short term for Procter & Gamble, one of the most distinguished international daily consumer goods companies. Since the establishment in 1937, P&G has experienced rapid development in both the hometown, USA and the abroad marketing. Right now, P&G has established its branches in more than 80 countries and regions with 127, 000 employees. It has more than 300 different brands covering the fields such as beauty & grooming, household care and so on. It is stated that in 2012 P&G has achieved the net sales of $82.6 billion and net earnings of $11.797 billion. For the different segments of the total net sales, “the beauty takes on 24%; grooming is about 9%, health care is 14%; snacks and pet care is 4%, fabric care & home care is 30% and the baby care & family care takes on 19%”. 1 On the list of top 20 global beauty companies, P&G stayed atop of the list.2 I would like to work in this big company as P&G because it is a convenient way for people to communicate. I can meet many different kinds of people in this company. I got a lot of chance to talk with best people. “Nearly a half-million people apply for P&G jobs every year. We hire less than 1%”3.There would be a lot of experience I can get from those outstanding people. I will have a lot work need to do, and get experience after finishing those works. There will be more people who are more talented than me in it, I have to work really hard to avoid be fired. That’s good way to improve myself and help me achieve my goal.
