Upon arrival of the practice there are two entrances to the building. They allow the patient to come in the back entrance, which has an elevator that will bring them to the front office or they may come in the front door and make their way to the 2nd floor. Both of the entrances are wheelchair accessible to accommodate their needs. Since the practice is located in a highly populated area, patient confidentiality is very important to the staff. Once the patient arrives, they will notice the cozy feeling of the fireplace and a breath taking water fountain in the lounge area. They may make a wish if they would like! Be sure to find time to visit the exotic fish tank before entering the door of the front office. The front office is supposed to aluminate warmth and comfort so it is painted in dark reds and tans. It was an area that allows the patient to enjoy refreshments and a small snack. The patient will notice that there is a sectional couch in each of the waiting rooms to assure the comfort of the patient. There are a variety of different magazines to keep the patient occupied while waiting to be called. There are also 6 different televisions that have different stations on that which were recommended by previous patients. Restrooms are located to the left of the receptionist’s desk. The staff ensures cleanliness is a must in the practice, so if there is an issue that the staff is not aware of then please let the receptionists or one of the staff know. As the patient walks up to the front desk they will be greeted with a friendly “Hello, how may we help you?” If the patient has already setup an appointment, they will take the
