The Bank defines the meaning of “department” as a specialised functional area within the organisation or a division or unit.

The financial services provided are highly varied and mostly tailored to the consumer’s needs. These are: Investment Banking, Private Banking, Retail Banking, Mortgage Loans, Bureau de Change, Trade Finance, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Individual and Corporate current account, E-business.
Some of these services are initiated at the branch level while some are carried out at the zonal level and others at the head office.
