Times Bestsellers with over 97 million copies sold worldwide, in more than 50 languages
Over 65 million of those copies were sold in the
U.S. alone.
In 2011, Sparks and his wife launched the
Nicholas Sparks Foundation, a nonprofit committed to improving cultural and international understanding through global education for students of all ages.
With the foundation and Nicholas and his wife’s personal savings, more than 10 million dollars were given to scholarship programs and deserving charities.

HIS CHARITY WORK

REASONS WHY HE WRITES
● I- “Why do you write books? What made you want to become an author?” ● S- “I enjoy, and have always enjoyed reading, and my ability to write came natural. Out of interest of that, a writing career grew from it,”
● Sparks was inspired to first start writing when he heard a remark from his mother when he was 19 years old.
