Myth Adaptation.

Silas was a boy from great fortune who lived in a luxurious mansion, in Brighton. He had everything a boy could wish for. He lived in luxury that was beyond realms of imagination. He shared his life of abundance with his parents and his beautiful award-winning dog. Even though he was very rich, Silas thought that his beloved toys provided his greatest happiness. His avarice was such that he used to spend his days counting his toys! Occasionally he used to cover his body with toys, as if he wanted to bath in them. Soft toys were his obsession. His parents would buy him soft toys made from damask, shipped all the way from Italy.
One day, Seamus, a world famous surgeon, paid a visit to the mansion of Silas. One of his companions, a doctor named Amos, was delayed along the way, Amos got tired and decided to take a nap in the famous rose gardens surrounding the mansion of Silas. There, Silas and his parents, who recognized him instantly and invited him to spend a few days at their mansion, found him. After that, Silas took him to Seamus. Seamus and Amos were very grateful to Silas for his kindness, and promised to Silas any wish. Silas thought for a while and then he said: I hope that everything I touch becomes a toy. Seamus warned Silas to think well about his wish, he said it would be a long and dangerous surgery, but Silas was positive. Seamus could do nothing else and promised Silas that after the surgery everything he touched would turn into a toy.
The next week, Silas, woke up eager to see if his wish would become true. He extended his arm touching a small table that immediately turned into a toy spaceman. Silas jumped with happiness! He then touched a chair, the carpet, the door, his bathtub, a table and so he kept on running in his madness all over his mansion until he got exhausted and happy at the same time! He sat at the table to have breakfast and took a rose between his hands to smell its fragrance. When he touched it, the rose became plastic. I will have to absorb the fragrance without touching the roses, I suppose, he thought in disappointment.

Without even thinking, he ate a grape but it also turned into a toy! The same happened with a slice of bread and a glass of water.
