My Hero My hero is one that is very close to me. My hero is the person that gave birth to me. My hero is my mother. I chose my mom as my hero because to me that is what she is and more. My mom is literally the backbone in the family. She takes care of everything in the family and around the house. Before I began to drive my mom would take me everywhere. My mother like many others has been to the moon and back just to help me. She is such a kind person, she gives me advice about anything, she is always helping me convince my dad about anything, and most importantly she helps me get away with everything. My mom is not just my mother she is more than that, she is like the best friend I could ever have. I remember the amount of times that
I remember one time when i was younger I was annoying her so much about her letting me carry my little brother that she put him down and slapped the annoying right out of me. Never in my life have I ever bothered her at a stressful time ever again. She also tells me stories of how when she was younger she would get into fist fights with her friends or with anyone else that would try to step all over her. I remember this one time when she told me that she fought a basketball player because she tried moving my mom from where she was sitting and she pushed my mom. She says that she got so mad she punched the girl and through the desk at her, never again did she mess with my mom. Sometimes I can’t believe the stories she tells me because it’s like my mom was so hard core that it’s amazing. Sometimes I wish I was alive during those times just to see her in action. When we have our heart to hearts she always reminds me of how I remind her so much of herself with the things I do or did when I was younger. She told me a story of how when I was in kindergarden I wanted to help out my teacher with something and she wouldn’t let me so I threw a chair at her. Honestly I don’t remember this but according to her I had to get therapy because of it. Well that is besides the point of this essay.
