Introduction:
Motivation is a building theory to explain the behavior of someone. It represents the people's needs and behavior as it shows how the person deals with a particular behavior or unusual behavior and the extent of its ability to endurance.
It includes many theories to support and enhance motivation on people such as Maslow’s, reinforcement and equity theories and so on.
According to the important of motivation, we have a debate about is it true that motivation theories don’t serve any purpose as true motivation comes from within the individual?

We have 2 teams the first with 2 student s support this statement and the rest objecting that statement.
First student said that, I am support that theories of motivation does not support
Because extrinsic rewards are often used to impact someone who shows little interest in a potentially useful activity. For example, if a child shows no interest in memorizing new vocabulary words, her teacher might employ external rewards to get her to engage in and work hard on that activity. Similarly, a child might be motivated to do his chores by the extrinsic motivation that he will get his allowance afterward, rather than any intrinsic sense of accomplishment. For example, Tesco’s growth has resulted in a worldwide workforce of over 468,000
Ether you depend on theories of motivation or can be depends on your self-motivation. Our goal is to reach the satisfaction and high productivity from true motivation.
