After critically evaluating the job analyses that Mary conducted for the position of assistant store manager, I feel that the appropriate method would have been to retain an outside source to conduct the analyses. The reason I feel Mary should have hired an outside source instead of conducting the interviews with the three current assistant store managers within her region is because of her bias with personal feelings through

I enforced strict adherence to safety and environmental protection requirements in operations. I managed a team of 21 personnel and a $787,000 budget. II. Selected accomplishments: I directed logistical plans saving millions of dollars and stepped up and led a division that suffered from fearful leadership. I was tasked with leadership of two large logistics operations, directing transport of 145 shipping containers with assets
