Abstract
In an organization, there is a lot of things to be considered. One important thing that every organizations in the world take very serious is the change they experience every time in the life of the organization. Change in nature is very important. I love to see change at my job and in my life. This is why I have to go to school and prepare myself for the job market. A change involves improvement, and better lifestyle, systems, applications and processes that improve the community of the work environments. I learn from the business process change that organizations of all kinds and forms benefit from implementing change into their systems. An example is the work I did with the change process in Samsung Inc. Ltd. As it relates to their customers service and the return policies they implement.
1. The importance of understanding Business Process Change as it relates to your future employment plans. Business process change is very much important to my employment plan. I am looking at it from a very broad point of view as it relates to my future employment plan, it is an excellent way of running the activities of an organization. Business processes require significant time and resources to understand. At a small company, taking the time to understand complex processes can be a drain on resources. Ultimately, the key to innovation and improvement involves understanding business processes and recognizing the value of technology and the ways they relate to or may contribute to improvement for the firm.
2. Is a formal process change necessary for all organizational changes? If so, explain why. If not, explain why not? I don’t think so. I want to believe that it varies depending on the organization and its business process being used. “Most BPM products being sold today provide a limited type of monitoring.” (Harmon 2007 p.456). Using record event is very important for managers in varying positions within the business. Sometimes process change helps to improve the business and encourages new customers to buy the company products. Sometimes if it works very well, it is a virtually great ways for the company to run its activities smoothly. If there exists transparency and accountability, there is a chance that the business will move forward with the process change.
3. Review the Business Process Change document you submitted in Unit 5 and describe in detail whether the information contained within sufficiently addressed issues related to the suggested change (made in Unit 1). As we are aware, Business Process Change is something that has been used by many businesses, many years ago and lots of companies are still using it. The change helps a company improve in so many ways ranging from the human resources to the senior management team members. I was looking at Samsung Inc. Ltd.
The process change that I conducted and wrote about this company was addressing the major issues faced by the customers and how the company needs to response to these complaints. If someone was to conduct similar process change on another company, I want to believe that it will look similar to each other. There might be maybe slight difference but the central idea will actually be supporting the same idea. If you look at the improvement in the global market and the production of electronics devices, Samsung it one of the best producers of top brand electronics in the world. Their products are very strong and lasting.
Samsung company products are very durable. Since they started producing products, they have always been among the top of the line when it comes to production and making the name brands that serves the right purpose. I am glad to have read a bit about the company and get to know some of those
