The Situation
First simulation I chose to add refreshing lemonade and to charge thirty five cents a cup. I also decided to add a co worker help when business get busy. It started losing its market position since the price was too high and with the decline of sales, The Blue Mist needed to change the image to project to the Guest in order to spur sales that would make Blue Mist Resort profitable again.
The simulation helped to construct and use a perceptual map to create an effective marketing plan for the resort through a repositioning plan.
