Makita Siberian Husky
Contract, Policies, & Procedures
I (the seller) make no guarantee on the size, weight, height, coat, color, tint, or eye coloring on any puppy or any changes in the above list that may occur.

I (the seller) require a $200 non-refundable deposit. The order of deposits received is the order of pick of litter to hold/reserve a puppy. The only exception to the deposit is if a desired puppy is not produced at the time of birth than that deposit is transferred to the next litter of puppies (pick based on the order of deposits received). The death of your desired puppy will also cause for transferring your deposit to the next litter. I (the seller) will not hold a puppy without a deposit unless agreed upon. If you (the buyer) is unable to wait for a future litter or choose not to get a puppy at all, you (the buyer) has chosen to forfeit your deposit and take the lose. If for some reason, you (the buyer) do not pick up the puppy at eight weeks of age on the schedule date (unless agreed upon by both parties before hand) or need me (the seller) to hold for a few more days (but not past the age of 9 weeks), I (the seller) will be more than happy to do so. However, there will be an extra $8.00 charge for each day after 8 weeks of age added to the remaining amount of money owed to cover the cost of food, board, and general care, that must be paid before the puppy goes home with you (the buyer). After the age of nine weeks old (unless agreed upon before hand), if the puppy has not been picked up, the puppy can be resold and your (the buyer) deposit will be forfeited.

The puppy will be in the best of health to the best of my (the seller) knowledge and experience. The puppies receive Pyrantel and/or fenbendazole de-wormer at the ages of 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 weeks old. The puppy will also get their first puppy shots at the age of 6 weeks old with the 5 in 1 shot and it is your (the buyers) responsibility to get the puppy's booster shots done thereafter.

I (the seller) take every precaution to insure the safety of all our animals, but because we have no control over the animal once it leaves my (the sellers) home, I (the seller) accepts no responsibility for the death or illnesses of the puppy which may be brought on by or as a direct result of exposure to other animals and/or the environment as well as the negligence of others. I (the seller) will not be responsible for and under no circumstances pay for any vet bills, shipping cost, room, board, or destruction of property, etc...
I (the seller) do guarantee the health of the puppy for the first 48 hours starting from the time you (the buyer) leave my home. However, if you fail to bring your new puppy to a veterinarian at your (the buyers) expense within the 48 hour guarantee period, the guarantee will no longer apply. If the puppy becomes sick with an illness or dies, for an unknown reason not related to your (the buyers) mishaps, within the 48 hour period, the puppy will be replaced from our next available litter or refunded the purchase price, at my (the sellers) choice, less any other cost. If the puppy is euthanized or dies, you (the buyer) must do an autopsy at your (the buyers) cost to prove what the puppy died from or had to be euthanized for, I (the seller) is not reliable or responsible for any cost that may accrue. Any claims as a result of this guarantee must be accompanied by a veterinary statement and any other documentation required by me (the seller). If the buyer elects to keep the puppy, no replacement or refunds will be issued and the owner (buyer) shall be considered to have forfeited all claims.

This guarantee does not cover well puppy visits, regular vaccines, de-worming, or any other veterinary care or medications, also we (the seller) do not cover any Parasites what so ever.... Parasites can be picked up anywhere thus I (the seller) assumes no responsibilities for any Parasites nor do I (the seller) take responsibility for any
