My ten best transferable skills

Organized
I work efficiently and productively, and I always meet deadlines. I like to plan out a rough copy of what I’m going to do before I actually do it.
Problem solving
If there is ever a problem, I am able to listen to all angles and come up with a solution that satisfies everyone.
Encouraging
I am always positive, and I see the good in others. I encourage others to strive to reach their full potential, because I see what people are capable of.
Examining
I tend to question and examine things to seek answers. I always want to be able to fully understand something
Understanding
When a conflict arises, I am always seeking to understand other peoples view points and thoughts, instead of only seeing one side
Listening
I always try to put myself in another person’s shoes to truly understand what they are going through, or what it feels like to be them.
Negotiating
I am able to meet my needs and the needs of others by coming up with a plan or a solution that works for everybody involved.
Sharing
I like to share my ideas and thoughts with others because I learn more and it helps to generate more ideas.

I like to offer my opinion to others in the form of advice, as to how something could be improved or changed.

Prioritizing I tend to leave things to last minute, and end up rushing everything. It ends up stressing me out a lot. I think it would be best if I learned how to time-manage that way I’m not always procrastinating.

I am not the most confident when it comes to doing a presentation. I always end up speaking too fast because I am nervous. I would like to improve on this skill that way I feel more confident doing oral assignments.
