A huge issue in today’s world is the language barrier that a lot of people tend to have. No matter where you go in the world, there will always be people that don’t understand your dialect. Each country has a primary language that most of the country speaks. Countries love to have tourists visit their homeland and enjoy themselves for a vacation, business trip, or other exciting reasons to get away from home. If someone from America visits Mexico, there will be a number of problems that could block the visitors from enjoying themselves. The problems range from not understanding certain prices, not understanding something that someone is saying to them explaining a certain product. This can be very frustrating but at the same time, can be very informative. For people that live in an English speaking country, but don’t speak English, there are a lot of problems that come with that as well. These problems can make the individual feel uncomfortable especially if they will be living in that English speaking country instead of visiting. If people are living in an English speaking country, they will feel more obligated to learn the language opposed to someone just visiting. It’s the same as if I was going to live in China; I would feel very uncomfortable livings there and not knowing anything the people around me are saying. I would want to learn the language. This is a good step that companies take to ensure people that they will not be hired based on gender, or ethnic background. It is not the company that would be the issue, it’s the people that work for the company. Some companies don’t do a good job of weeding out bad people all of the time. There is always a chance that there will be 1 or 2 people in the company that is racist, sexist, or just pure mean. Even though this is the 21st century, racism still exists to this day. A lot of whites don’t want to work with blacks, blacks don’t want to work with whites. It ties back to slavery, black people feel that the white man is always trying to bring them down. The way that this ties into the language barrier is because if
