Marijuana under the federal Drug enforcement administration is considered a schedule I drug which makes it illegal to poses or consume. The federal government under the Controlled Substance act doesn’t recognize marijuana state laws such as proposition 215or the Compassionate use act of 1996.Now the question for California’s “CUA” laws is this can congress regulates a homegrown product that has never and/or may never enter interstate commerce?
