Many people suffer from great stress in different aspect of life, and it has profound effects on our health. When people feel that stress corrode their life, and they don’t know how to reduce, prevent, and cope with it because some stress is redundant and unavoidable, and poor lifestyle also increase stress. As a result, The risk of long-term stress can lead to headache, insomnia and eating disorders, or more serious health problem, including of heart attack., which makes it more important, therefore, people should learn to how to manage stress.

Almost few people don’t realize how stressed they actually are, so they accept all of stress that make them suffer on avoidable conditions. In fact, some stress can be avoided, approaches to manage stress, people have to exclude unnecessary stress. One way to deal with stress would be to avoid people who stress you out, if someone consistently causes stress in your life, you should not be to close him or her. Or taking control of your environment when it get you tense. For instance, in order to simplify your life, analyze your schedule, responsibilities and daily tasks, and remove those unimportant things. Apparently, it can decrease numerous needless troubles, and eliminate the number of stress in life so that people would positively live.

If you cannot avoid a stressful situation, try to alter it. Some people after go through some unpleasant experiences, for example, work and relationship, they will feel there’s too much stress in their lives that they cannot solve. However, they find out what they can do to change things so the problem doesn't exist. One suggestion is to accept the things you can’t change. Some stress are unavoidable, you cannot prevent or change stress like losing a lover, serious health and unsuccessful career.
