Abstract
I made the decision to realizer a master’s in business administration for various reasons. One reason is that for my study is the only thing you really possess in life, and that is something that nobody can take away from unless you miss Alzheimer and foreground. Knowledge is the only thing you take with you when Parthian of this world. I have spent many years successfully in sales teams and feel that it is time to move to another level in the professional that I may belong to the executive management team or a company. I understand that the MBA give me tools to grow professionally. Here we will have the opportunity to analyze the role of the manager in relation to the functional areas, describe some functional areas, we will highlight two which are selected as the most important one of the articles reviewed for work.
Functional Areas
The functional areas are business management, law, human resources, leadership, accounting, finance, economics, research and statistics, operation management, marketing. The organization functional areas of the business are important for the same event.
Human resources management specializes in recruiting people and treats them as human resource. HRM are responsible for recruiting, training and coordinating employee benefits, Specialists work as consultants HRM managers, advising on disputes with employees.
Leadership
Leadership has nothing to do with the people who occupy or greater since people with more time in the company. Nor does it have to do with how much money you can pay to an executive. They can exist people with college degrees and this does not imply that they are leaders. You really do not need to have a professional title to be a leader. In my opinion leaders are born not made, you could be a great manager and you're maybe not a successful leader.
Leadership and management are not synonymous. A leader is a person who without doing something accomplished that most people follow him and follow his ideas. But according to Peter Drucker this definition be questioned as a commander of the army may have used up to 200 soldiers to walk and go after what he says, and not necessarily a leader. So things Warren Bennis think “a leader is one who can transform the vision into reality”.

Accounting
Accounting is one of the oldest and most respected professions.(Saunders) Accounting is an information science used to collect, classify and manipulate financial data for Organizations and Individuals Accounting is the key to keeping financial stability of the company. Accountants determine liquidity and overall economic status probability the company. It is the work done in the accounting department budgets are determined such as marketing. Also for the work performed by accountants is that they can make decisions in the company long term.
Finance
Study the circulation of money, credit guarantees and inversions. They study the management of capital and raise capital for the benefit of the company. It is one of the most important functions in times of economic recession, as they are responsible for maximizing the use of the capital of the company.
Marketing
This function and finance as considered as the most important because in times of economic recession take a very important place for marketing strategies to be used to sell a product or service has been much development. In marketing you work according to budget. When developing the marketing strategy of the product personality is determined to whom Market segment will be target the product and campaign.
