The Fascist regime created by Hitler is a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, controlling all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism. The Totalitarian system under Stalin is an imposing a form of government in which the political authority exercises absolute and centralized control over all aspects of life, the individual is subordinated to the state, and opposing political and cultural expression is suppressed. The difference between those two is that the Fascism has it origin in Italy then had been transferred to Germany later on. It is governed by a single political party. While the Totalitarianism, is in the control of an individual. The fascism spread their information through communication and media while the Totalitarianism system tyrannizes the rights of an individual through the use of power. The Totalitarianism system is another version of authoritarianism.
The fascist regime created by Hitler demands total obedience. It is interested of the state more important than individual rights; maintain class system and private ownership. It emphasizes nationalistic differences as more important than class identification. Promotes the nation’s nationality, as superior to all other nationalities. Uses extreme governmental control of all aspects of life to install its system. It is violently anti-communist. The slogan of the Fascist regime is 'One people, one empire, one leader'. Fascism is exemplified in the theory of social Darwinism. The fascist regime has the same views of nations, races
