Evaluation

The Chipotle Mexican Grill experience is an introduction to fast food 2.0, which focuses on quick, fresh, and hip. Chipotle has become a new direction in which the dining out business may be headed. Focusing on freshness, Chipotle likes to characterize itself on “ food with integrity.” The chain sources local “when practical” and tries to use meats from animals raised in a sustainable manner.
I love burritos. My idea of a great meal is chicken, beans, rice, sour cream, guacamole, and a bit of salsa wrapped up in a warm tortilla. Standing in front of the server, my mouth begins to water and my stomach begins to growl. My eyes tend to look over the ingredients to see what else I can add to my burrito. How about cilantro or peppers? I can be a ‘dare devil’ and try beef instead of chicken. Building your own burrito, or anything for that matter never seemed so much fun. Chipotle happens to be my favorite restaurant of all time. Owned by the famous McDonald’s, this restaurant is priced reasonably for anyone. The menu is limited, but still delicious. Burritos, tacos, and salads combined with a variety of sauces, which vary from mild to very hot, will make the meal just as nutritious as any chain restaurant. Though some Chipotle outlets offer beer and margaritas, most do not and beverage selections are limited to Soft drinks and bottled juices. Kids visiting Chipotle Mexican Grill get to choose from cheese, or meat quesadillas, or a kid’s taco kit is also available.
