All work exposes people to hazards, be they: loads which have to be manually handled; dangerous machinery; toxic substances; electricity; working with display screen equipment or even psychological hazards such as stress.

This covers everything from making sure your staff all has the correct training for using any machinery they’re going to be handling to providing suitable kitchen facilities. Health and safety at work is a complex and confusing thing, however something which you ultimately must get your head around.
As a matter of fact, it doesn’t necessarily have to be you yourself who handles all the health and safety
