In this report I am going to analysis for the team and the organisation skill of people appropriate employability, personal and communication skills for an air hostess. A team comprises a group of people linked in a common purpose. Teams are especially appropriate for conducting tasks that are high in complexity and have many interdependent subtasks. Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize his or her strengths and minimize his or her weaknesses. It important for the air hostess to establish teamwork and synergy because they are often work with different people and they are expected to work in very close proximity for long periods of time. For a team to be successful, they must be able to talk to each other, share information, listen to each other and be assertive.
The employability, personal and communication skills is important for the air hostess because they need those skills to completed they jobs task. Employability skills are the basic skills necessary for getting, keeping doing well on a job and cover all the skills articulated by key competencies and include newly identified requirements as well. The air hostess needs to meet the organisation employability skills when they apply for the job. The organisation looking at the applicants personal to see what the person special skills and to see it is suitable for the jobs.
