Dear Sir/Madam,

Obligation number: 1444439779

My name is Gen Du, the reason I wrote this letter is regarding to the outstanding warrants $ 235.5.

I want to explain the situation why I make the payment late and I do hope you can understand and give me the opportunity to just pay for the original amount.

First of all, for this fine, when I received it, I believe I did put the coin into the reader and before the time expired. When I was come back to pick up my car, I saw there was a fine ticket and the reader was in faulty, I send a message to report this issue, so I think this would not be a big issue. Thus, I left the ticket in random and forgot where is it. Because I did not think I have the obligation to pay for it since the faulty reader.

After that, I flew back to China with my wife because she is pregnant and we need to hold a wedding, so we were away and not in Australia at the end of 2014. And the most important thing is, we did not receive any letter from you, at least not in our mailbox. However, after we travel back on January, I have been told by my neighbor who living in 15 Graham st, surrey hills, they received a couple of letters in their mailbox but in our name.

I do apologize I did not report the faulty reader immediately when I received the fine ticket, I hope you can investigate this even I am not quite sure the message I send is validate. I should take a picture at that time, but I forgot. To be frankly, if you think I still obligate the charge,
