First of all, for this fine, when I received it, I believe I did put the coin into the reader and before the time expired. When I was come back to pick up my car, I saw there was a fine ticket and the reader was in faulty, I send a message to report this issue, so I think this would not be a big issue. Thus, I left the ticket in random and forgot where is it. Because I did not think I have the obligation to pay for it since the faulty reader.

After that, I flew back to China with my wife because she is pregnant and we need to hold a wedding, so we were away and not in Australia at the end of 2014.
