This research paper is being submitted on April 21, 2013 for Internet Business Models and E-Commerce by Betty Taylor. Allegiance Security Group was founded in 1991 and was called Allied at the time. The security group provides guards, detectives, and Armor Car Services. They currently have 30 offices in different parts of the United States. Each state has a main office that is located in capital city. For North Carolina which is where I am located there are two offices. The main office is located in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is located at 184 Wind Chime Court Suite 101 Raleigh, NC 27615. There is a second office in North Carolina which is located at 2900 Arendell St. Suite 18 Morehead City, NC 28557. They currently employee anywhere between 2,000 to 5,000 employees and place them at many different sites. There annual revenue ranges from $25,000,000 to $74,999,999 and will continue to increase. Once Allied started to grow it adopted the name Allegiance, which represents loyalty and a nation. They serve different types of businesses, government and even residential communities. The company use to cover only the southeast but once they started to open other offices outside the southeast they decided to change the name to Allegiance. They continue to expand throughout the United States. The goal of the company is to have offices in every state and possibly expand out further. At this point time they already have a office located in Puerto Rico. As of 2013 Florida is the state that has the most offices but by 2018 they plan to have more offices scattered throughout the United States.
