Traveling to foreign countries is a wonderful thing because it helps you get in touch with your cultural side, and one of the best places to help expand your cultural is in a city in France known as Paris. It is known for its many astonishing tourist attractions. Paris is also famously known for its famous restaurants and cuisine, museums, theatres and movies, and last but not least the fashion. Paris is also a great place to visit in the summer time because of all of the beautiful scenery. Back when my best friend came back with pictures from his trip to Paris I was filled with amazement. Ever since that faithful day it has been my dream to go visit Paris.
Paris is famously known as the city of love. Many couples aspire to go to Paris on their honeymoon because the city is so well-known for its romantic walks along the Seine River, sidewalk cafe dining and, of course, the Eiffel Tower all aglow at night. The other beautiful architectures, the lovely hotels, and fine art also help earn the city its name and reputation. Couples in love also enjoy being where they hear French, the "language of love," spoken all around them. This makes it a popular for honeymooners from all around the world. Getting a look at all the happy smiling faces from atop the Eiffel tower and seeing the gorgeous scenery of park and feeling the wind hit my face and the sunset over the horizon. I could only imagine what it would feel like to be at the top and look at the world with such amusement and gratification.
The weather in Paris is perfect for playing ruby which is the sport of choice in Paris. Rugby is a mix between soccer which is also a popular sport in Paris, and American football. The rugby union club Stade Français. The 80,000-seat Stade de France, built for the 1998 FIFA World Cup, is located in Saint-Denis. It is used for football, rugby union and track and field athletics. It annually hosts the French national rugby team's home matches of the Six Nations Championship, and hosts several important matches of the Stade Français rugby team. The rules of rugby are the ball cannot travel forward off a player’s hands. That means no forward passes or dribbling. The two ways you can advance the ball is kicking the ball or carrying the ball forward. Passes have to be either lateral or backwards.
On each team, eight of the 15 players, known as the forward pack, bind together, three in the front, four in the middle, one at the back and eight alternates. They push forward in the same formation, while the team that didn’t commit the foul puts the ball into the scrum, hoping it comes out at the back of the scrum on their side.
