My Work Qualities When you hire me, you hire a nut who is going to work 24 hours a day for you and never, ever burn his audience. I believe I’m a great worker because I finish things I start, I don’t give up , and try my hardest and I will put in the extra time to get it done. I’m a great leader because I will take charge if I think something is being done wrong. My time management is off on things but is off an things but its because I try to get things done to a high quality standard or perfection. I’m a great worker; I always finish what I start. I have worked at Ovesons, Bay View, Cabin O’ Pines resorts. I’m very hard working and I will stay after hours or even until everyone has left just to finish my job. I don’t give up easy at all. I will always do my job right, and if it’s wrong, I will fix it. You can throw me into any field of work and I will do my best to do my job to the best of my abilities. I’m a great leader and I like to take charge if I think something is being done wrong. I will help someone who is doing something that is not right or is not doing top quality work; I like high standers. I’m a great organizer; I take on tasks very well. I can take on planning a field trip to a zoo or planning a trip out of state or country. My time management is something I’m working on. It’s not that I try to get things done late. I’m one of people who try’s to be perfect . I take to much time on something to get it just right
