Career is the progress and actions of the person’s occupations or sequence of jobs held by someone throughout a lifetime which is until that person end up the careers. FACTORS INFLUENCING MID-CAREER CHANGE
People will try to change their career when they realize that they are not find their current job challenging enough, or they are experiencing job burnout, or perhaps who have lost their job or their company went out of business after they turn to the midlife stage.
