XYZ LTD MANAGEMENT BUSINESS REPORT

Executive Summary: As a business consultant of XYZ LTD Management I’ll briefly outline the four major issues facing the management that had been noticed in the past two years. The four major issues are:
Poor use of resources
A breakdown within the transformation process
Mismanagement between the team leaders in terms of inputs, the transformation process and output
Poor customer satisfaction
It was also quoted that part of the XYZ LTD’s mission was to operate about the altering, transporting, storing, inspecting or transforming various resources so that the output can be created from the input and that the management is an outcome of the functions that the manager had performed. As a result, the operation management could be seen to involve planning, organising, coordinating and controlling the transformation of the inputs to the outputs so that they could meet the requirements for the customers while at the same time making the efficient use of the resources.

Situational Analysis:
As a business consultant, my recommendations for the XYZ LTD Management include the need for a change. It’s the management ability to grow and survive diminishes. It is important for the business to survive and forces the organisations to change. Some changes that can help the management include:
New technology to make the products and the required skills to use this technology
The changing of staff and structure of the organisation
It is also important to set achievable goals and consider the range of reactions to change by those affected by it. The three major reactions to change will depend upon:
The characteristic of the individual workers. The characteristics that change implementation where the personal habits and routines are fixed, with older staff, with obsessive behaviour and where there are strong social associations.
The change itself. The change is to be beneficial to the employees with their reaction will be positive. In addition, the employees will have input into the decision-making process, which they will likely to consider.
Customer Satisfaction is also one of the problems the management is facing. As a business consultant I know that the more satisfied a client is, the more loyal that consumer will feel for years to come. These are ways to help the management increase the customer satisfaction:
