Mission Statement
The goal is to ensure that each and every guest that enters the establishment receives friendly, professional, prompt, and respectful service. To provide well balanced and well prepared meals utilizing ingredients at a fair price. To ensure that all employees/staff are treated with respect and dignity. We will always aim to provide happiness and joy through food and good company.
The Company
Tippy B's is a Mom and Pop diner that specializes in breakfast/brunch food choices. The company will be located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming which is a popular tourist spot for many Americans. Tiffany Greene and Kimberly Kambarami will be the owners and operators of Tippy B's diner and look to have the establishment up and running by August 1st, 2015.
The Product
Tippy B's wants to revolutionize the breakfast restaurant industry. By providing wonderfully prepared meals and utilizing fresh products both locally and through reputable food distributing companies as well as providing the best customer service available.
The Market
Tippy B's will be in the beautiful town of Jackson hole, Wyoming which is a very popular tourist area. The diner will also appeal too many of the local occupants. Marketing will be essential to keeping Tippy B's up and running. Social media is a wonderful source that is very fast and up and coming. It is a great way to reach a large mass of people in a very quick and efficient time frame. It is also a very inexpensive resource that has been proven to be successful in attracting individuals and getting information out in the world.
The Competition
There are several food chains that will be in the area that Tippy B's will be opening the doors. We will, however, stand out for our wonderful foods and great prices. The environment will be very accommodating and homey for all of our guests.
Operations
Tippy B's will be open 7 days a week to maximize sales for breakfast and lunch hours. There will be a small staff first acquired for opening and Tippy’s will utilize local food sources to keep the restaurant stocked with food. The goal would be to establish strong ties with multiple sources to ensure constant provisions.
