When starting a business it important that you take into consideration the vision, mission and values that you would like for your company to have when creating a strategic business plan. With implementing these; three key functions into your plan, will provide your business the opportunity to become a successful business. The business idea that I would like to one day pursue would be a customized bra company. The business will focus on making customized bra for women. In the strategic plan development it will provide insight into where the company is starting and where it hopes to be in the future. This will also include the short-term and long-term goals.
The business idea that I would like to open one day would be a customized bra company. The reason why I wanted to start a company like this is because of personal experiences that I have had when shopping for bras. Being that every women’s body is created and designed differently bra’s that are made to day does not accommodate all women who are of different shapes and sizes. There has been plenty of studies which show that women who have natural breast may experience that one breast is bigger or smaller than the other. Due to this natural cause by the body shopping for a bra can become an unpleasant experience. I thought it would be a good idea to start a company where women of different shapes and sized can come and have a bra costumed made that will fit their body type. My target customer base would be young girls and women. Each individual that walks into the company will receive top customer service. My staff will be knowledgeable about the product, material that is used to make the product.

A Business Plan for the Entrepreneur Reasons for Constructing a Business When setting up a business it is sometimes easy to focus only on the day-to-day running of the business rather than what may happen in the future to the business. Lack of attention to the future of the business could possibly lead to problems such as bankruptcy. A business plan is a ‘living document’ which considers details about where the business wants to end up in the near and distant future. As a business changes, the…
