Paper: Each student will be asked to keep a journal of everything that they eat during a four week period. Please use the food journal template below. The paper will be based on this food journal and two research articles. These articles cannot be articles found in the text book. The paper must be a minimum of 3 pages and a maximum of 5 pages. It should be a reflection on your food journal pointing out the healthy aspects of what you eat and the unhealthy aspects. You will be required to develop a healthy eating plan for the future. The articles that you use should support what is in the paper. For example, if you eat too much fast food find an article on why or why not it may be healthy. You will be required to develop a healthy eating plan for yourself.
