Everybody is born evil in some sort of way, whether they show it or not. William Golding wrote the novel, The Lord of the Flies, in which he used to make the claim that all humans are evil. There are many people and occasions that will support Golding’s claim such as Adolf Hitler the dictator and cause of world war II, Elizabeth Bathory also known as lady Dracula, the attack on pearl harbor made by Japan, and the people and pilots behind the horrible act of 9/11. Adolf Hitler was born in April 1889 to the parents Alois and Klara Hitler. Later in 1933, he became the dictator of Germany. In the beginning of his rule many people did not support him. So Hitler and the Nazis (his police force or followers) used intimidation to install fear in the German people. Hitler allowed the Nazis to arrest people on even the slightest suspicion that they were traitorous or plotting against the Nazis. Once he had total control he started to try and make everyone in Germany look, act, and study the same. He started by trying to get rid of all the Jewish Germans in Germany. He put the Jewish people in what they called concentration camps; Hitler deliberately made his concentrations camps intensely barbaric. In the article, The Nazi Police state it states, “Those arrested by either the police or the Gestapo had less than three minutes to pack clothing and say their goodbyes. Once arrested, they were sent to the nearest police cell. Those in custody were told to sign Form D-11; this was an ‘Order for Protective Custody’. By signing this, you agreed to go to prison. Those who did not sign it were beaten until they did or officers simply forged their signature. Once a D-11 was signed, you were sent to a concentration camp.” The Nazis were evil human beings
