Board of Directors: The board of directors is a body of elected or appointed members who jointly oversee the activities of the company. The board is elected by the shareholders and is the highest authority in the management of the company
CEO: The CEO of the company reports to the board of directors and is charged with maximizing the value of the entity. The responsibilities include being decision maker, leader, manager and executor. The communicator role can involve the press and the rest of the outside world, as well as the organization's management and employees; the decision-making role involves high level decisions about policy and strategy.
Vice President of Marketing: Marketing is concerned with identifying and satisfying customers’ needs at the right price. Marketing involves researching what customers want and analysing how the organization can satisfy these wants.
Vice President of Production: The vice president of production plans, directs and coordinates the development and manufacturing of all products made by the company. They also ensure that the company uses the most efficient, effective and economically viable methods for the production of the company's products.
Vice President of Human Resources: The VP of Human Resources is concerned with ensuring that the right people are recruited to the right jobs, enabling employees to carry out their responsibilities effectively and make use of their potential, negotiations over pay and conditions, grievance procedures and disciplinary matters, as well as making sure employees work in a healthy and safe environment

Manager of Research and Development: The manager of research and development is responsible for developing and implementing research and development procedures and techniques and preparing and managing research and development budget. They also look after selecting, supervising, training and directing the work of Research and Development staff.
