Globalization

With the new era of development and modernization there have been introduction of an all-together new phase of Globalization 3.0. With advent and onset of this new era the world is on the brink to lose the disparity and differences to merge into a common flat land and a global village. There has been globalization, collaboration, mergers and group formation with an open mind and plethora of opportunities to enter into the realm of globalized world. The cultural and regional differences are becoming thinner and bleak with widespread globalization cause and effect. But in some arenas and domain the world is getting far from being too flat. Now, the focus has been shifted to individuals and each of the person with an innovative idea should express his thoughts as soon as possible because in this era of speed and dynamism, everything happens at a greater pace and that idea could have been implemented at some other place before even thinking. There have been job threats for people on brighter side of the world as all the barriers have diminished and the boundary between individuals is becoming almost invisible. There should be steps taken up so as to fight back the silent crisis of the flattening or leveling world by enriching one’s own resources may it be tangible or human resources.
The Iron Rule of Friedman claims that change is inevitable and dynamism has become the blood flowing in the nerves of this world. Whatever can occur, will occur and this is the new theory of today’s world. If a person initiates or germinates a thought, then it is recommended to present the thought in the quickest possible time because due to flat world, this idea then may come up from some other place and be presented to you as a fresh innovation. So, the question of interest is that whether the innovation would be from your side or applied over you from the other side. The place or person for an idea won’t matter in this world; regard will be given to the idea itself. Therefore, the phase of Globalization 3.0 encourages the individuals to create and innovate and match up with the tune of the present day dynamic world which is changing at a jet speed. Innovation should be highlighted in the lowest time possible as this would only be the key to open up the doors for success. Iron Rule is the key for innovation and is an opportunity to sustain in the era of Globalization 3.0.
But, the world cannot be measured by the same scale. Under developed or developing nations are not getting a complete benefit of Globalization 3.0 as they are not realizing their human resource potential. The third world countries have their land as pure as before untouched by this new concept of Globalization 3.0. People in Africa and some parts of Asia are even unaware of this whole term.
Therefore, the world is approaching towards being flat rather than becoming flat in this era of Globalization 3.0.
