Although a career in management is my primary aspiration, coaching a swimming team would be an alternative interest that I would pursue. Swimming was my hobby since the age of eight. I have represented and captained my club and college teams at various regional and national events.

As a swimming coach, I will draw from my past experiences to build a strong and competitive unit. By instilling a strong sense of discipline and dedication in my team, I will ensure consistent performances at events, where even hundredths of a second differentiate winners from runners-up. In implementing rigorous practice routines, I will emphasize the importance of a comprehensive approach to practice and perseverance to see results.

By honing new talent, I will maintain a healthy mix of newcomers and experienced members. I will also influence the team’s management to invest in upgraded infrastructure, camps and fitness regimes to support the continuous development of the team.

My alternate interest can contribute in solving multidisciplinary problems in several ways. Coaching will enhance my ability to solve problems that require a strategy plan and strong teamwork. I can borrow from
