Abstract Throughout this paper there are both the points of view that are for abortions and against them, but this paper is about illegalizing abortions. Women should be responsible when having sexual intercourse and not be childish. Sexual intercourse is for the reproduction of children, but now sexual intercourse is used for the means of pleasure, stimulation, and arousal of the body. Those having sexual intercourse want to feel the arousal and don’t think. They want to have the best feeling that there body can have and act stupidly upon those actions. They choose to not use contraceptives or use them in an improper manor which leads to a pregnancy, which can also be an unwanted child. In these cases woman want to get an abortion because they do not want to have to deal with a child because they say they are not ready to have one. If a person is responsible enough to have sex then they are responsible enough to care for a child. If they can’t care for a child, then they are to irresponsible to be having sexual intercourse as well.

The Illegalization of Abortions
Abortion, a worldwide event, has strong opinions going for and against it. The discussion is not whether an abortion is safe or not, but whether it should be illegal. Annually there are about forty-two million abortions performed while about twenty million of those are medically unsafe. Although abortions occur across the world, approximately ninety-seven percent of unsafe abortions leading to death occur in developing countries were abortion is restricted by law (Wheeler 2012). Where abortion is legal, two different forms of abortion are available, the in-clinic abortion or the abortion pill. In-clinic abortions consist of a surgical procedure. A commonly known surgical procedure is a vacuum aspiration, evacuation of contents of the uterus through a plastic or metal cannula attached to a vacuum, taking three to ten minutes to complete. This procedure is often ninety-five to one-hundred percent effective, but although rare has serious complications. A second know surgical procedure is dilation and curettage, which involves dilating the cervix and using sharp metal curettes to scrape the walls of the uterus clean (Safe Abortion 2003). This method tends to be painful for women to go through. The abortion pill, also known as the medical abortion and brand named Mifeprex, is a combination of two medicines, mifepristone and misoprostol. Being ninety-five to ninety-seven percent effective, must be taken within the first eight weeks of a pregnancy. The abortion pill first causes attraction which causes a miscarriage to later occur (Feminist Women’s 2010). Although not serious, side effects can happen and are similar to those of a woman’s monthly period. Before any of the previously mentioned abortion procedures can occur, it is required that women must be given a rundown of all the things that need to be done, will happen or go could wrong, such as pre-abortion care, time length, pain management available, and follow-up care. Abortion is considered one of the safest procedures out there, but should be illegalized. Abortion should be illegal because those involved in sexual activity should be responsible for conceiving a child, babies are needed for those who wish to adopt and as shown by scientific studies, an unborn baby is a living thing from the moment of conception and should be protected. When discussing the topic of sexual intercourse, it can get very picky. Some say that having sex is strictly for reproduction, while others disagree and say that sex is for pleasuring, stimulating, or arousing oneself. Simultaneously, people then choose to not take precautions when having sex to receive the most pleasure. When getting involved in sexual intercourse and not taken precautions like everyone should, leads to those unwanted pregnancies that people then want aborted. As stated by Barack
