Reliable, capable, professional, personable and hard working. With almost a lifetime of kitchen work under my belt it is what I know and love. I always get on equally well with colleagues, customers and management alike, I learn fast with the minimum of supervision and have bags of kitchen experience anyway. I thrive on the atmosphere of a busy kitchen and am looking for a school or college based kitchen role building upon my existing experience and playing to my strengths.
