Being the fundamentals of any major institution, technology has revolutionised the world around us by enhancing our methods of work, communication and interaction. This paper aims to investigate the use of ‘E-Commerce’ and how it can assist in the business growth of
‘E’; a high street retailer based in London which specialises in the sales of sports goods.
1.2 Purpose
The exchange of information though computer systems via the internet offers an infinite pool of data through globally interlinked network systems. This provides a powerful means of worldwide accessible content in which the act of trading is known as ‘E-Commerce’.
E-Commerce encompasses the selling, purchasing and exchanging of goods/services online conducting over electronic transactions.
