Task 3 C. Projected Web Development & Maintenance Cost
Creative Deliverables Group (CDG) is a training development startup business located in Raleigh, North Carolina. This group will offer the following products and services such as:
• E-Learning
• Instructor Led Training: Facilitator and Participant guides
• Training documents to include: Job and Task Analysis, Needs Analysis, Training Plans and Evaluations
• User Manuals and Job Aids
• Consultants to assist with training programs
The target market is small and medium sized businesses, as well as state and federal contracts. At present the company does not have an online presence. All sales will be through a local marketing campaign and writing proposals for small to medium State and Federal contracts.
CDG does not currently have an online presence. This company would benefit tremendously from an online presence to advertise the business with a list of services, project samples, contact information and a client site. The benefits to customers will be the ability to gather information about the company, manage projects through the website Client portal and to interact through social media outlets. The following sections will contain the projected Sitemap, website mockup pages, and projected web development and maintenance cost.

Part C: Projected Web Development & Maintenance Cost The new website for Creative Deliverables Group will be built by Meticulosity. The company’s website will include the following details. Home page will be simple and straightforward with images, text, and links. The About Us page will give the biographies of the staff. This page will include images, texts and links. The Our Clients page will have images of the clients, and testimony video clips. The Product and Services page will list all available products and services and will have samples of previous projects. The Contact Us page will include telephone contact information, a contact form and online chat box. The Client Portal page will house the E-Commerce pages. The Client Portal will require the customer to login to this part of the site to view their projects both new and previous. CDG is a customized training solutions company and all payments will be in relation to the stage of the project. This portal will include: Project Dashboard, Pay button that links to a secured page, Project Status details, and Design Approval features.
Meticuosity was chosen because it’s ability to create customized websites with E-Commerce pages, Website Hosting Search Engine Optimization, Online Advertising and Social Media Consulting. This will be a one stop shop that will make it easier for this small business to manage its online presence. The Payment Gateway will be with First Data. First Data is a partner with Meticuousity, and has a credit card and check acceptance e commerce solution that is perfect for CGD.
Deliverables Group will use Pipeline as its Customer Relationship Management tool. They will have access for 5 users through the CRM tool, reports, a customized Sales process and all tracking for customer contact and campaigns.
