Starting in September 2013, you will be given a four week induction which will introduce you to the culture, strategy and values of the company, as well as detailed technical training. Over the course of the two year programme, you will receive regular formal assessment, feedback and support which will help determine your strengths and abilities and enable us to match them with our needs.
