Quite a “Knock-Out!”
Late last night, Stephanie Brown was found unconscious in her home after her neighbor, Gloria Foxworthy, called 911 regarding a disturbance in the adjoining complex. When crime scene investigators arrived, the front door had been left slightly adjourned and glass from the pane was all over the floor. They found Stephanie unconscious, bleeding from head trauma, with a bullet in her leg. No one else was found in the complex, however, there were blood stains in the bedroom and the window was open.
After Stephanie gained consciousness and began to recollect the situation, investigators came to a basic conclusion that two men, Jack Johnson and Stephanie’s boyfriend Bob Peterson, left the scene through both the door and window.
Attempting to decipher the story behind the scene, investigator’s asked neighbor’s if they’ve previously noticed anything suspicious about the complex. George Feathers, from the house across the street, told police that he had seen some strange activity recently, “Around the same time every day, a navy blue Nissan would pull into their driveway and a man would walk in and leave within an hour or so.”
George says it definitely was not Rob, but he didn’t pay much attention to it until one day he heard strange noises all the way across the street. Analysts say that Stephanie was having an affair.
With this in mind, a conclusion arose amongst the investigators. Stephanie had been cheating on Bob with Jack for a while now and he was not happy when George Feathers told him about the man going into his house when he wasn’t there. The night of the accident, Stephanie was expecting
