Join WIU’s new Western Online email distribution list for students, faculty and staff and receive the latest information! Here's how you can subscribe to westernonline-l: * Browse to the “WIU mailing list service” by visiting: https://my.wiu.edu and clicking on the link to the Sympa Mailing List server. * Near the upper left-hand corner of the window, click inside the yellow box and type: WesternOnline
* Click on the grey “Search lists” button. * One occurrence of westernonline-l@wiu.edu is now displayed. Click on the underlined link for westernonline-l@wiu.edu * In the panel on the left, click on “Subscribe”. * * If you have logged in through WIU’s Single Sign-On your WIU Email Address will automatically be subscribed and you can exit the mailing list webpage. * (Optional) If you are NOT already logged in through WIU’s Single-Sign-On, you have two options. 1. (Recommended Method A): Click on the “Login with CAS” button in the upper left of the window. Login with your ECOM username and password. Continue back at Step 2. 2. (Optional Method B): Manually supply your WIU email address. Carefully type it and verify that it is correct. Then click the grey “submit” button. You will be asked for a password. The password will be emailed to the address you just supplied and should appear in your Inbox within a few minutes. Enter the password in the box and click the grey “subscribe” button.
Enrollment is open to everyone. However, messages sent to the list are moderated and may be rejected if deemed not pertinent to the list membership.
