At first, in Paine's point of view, Monarchy is not an appropriate political body. The united power on single person or specific class is too strong that makes threat toward public­­­­­­ it makes people have to give up parts of their rights to get the safety under the monarchy( serve the king). What's more, the monarchy is always accompany with the hereditary system, the king people admitted is always did great contribution.
However, his glories does not mean his offspring should also be put into a position of honor. In fact, if the one who is on the throne from the royal family does not has great political ability, it is not a good event for the nation.
