USB- a bus for connection, communication, and power supply between computers and electronic devices.
SCSI- a set of standards for physically connecting and transferring data between computers and peripheral devices. The SCSI standards define commands, protocols and electrical and optical interfaces.
IEEE 1394- a serial bus interface standard for high-speed communications and isochronous real-time data transfer.

LCD Monitor- a variant of a liquid-crystal display that uses thin-film transistor technology to improve image qualities such as addressability and contrast.

Contrast Ratio- a property of a display system, defined as the ratio of the luminance of the brightest color (white) to that of the darkest color (black) that the system is capable of producing.
AGP- Accelerated Graphics Port is a high-speed point-to-point channel for attaching a video card to a computer's motherboard.
PCI Express- Peripheral Component Interconnect Express is a high-speed serial computer expansion bus standard designed to replace the older PCI, PCI-X, and AGP bus standards.
