Personal Narrative
The Trip One summer day my mom, my brother, and I were going on a trip. It was not any ordinary trip though. It was to get our scuba diving certificate. We were going to become a certified scuba divers. Finally all of the training is over and now it is time to get in the water. The three of us went through five weeks of classes and two weeks of training in a pool. I was very excited. The first thing we did was stop at my mom's boyfriend's house. We went there to go pick up our equipment. While my mom and her boyfriend were packing the things to go my brother and I went on a trampoline. We took turn doing flips. We ended up landing on our feet every time. Finally the adults were finished loading the car. My brother and I each did one last flip. First went my brother he landed the flip. Then went me, I was about to land it and I fell. My knee banged into my jaw which hit my upper lip. Blood was flying everywhere. My brother ran up to my mom and told her the whole story. They came to see how bad it was. I was gushing blood all over the side walk. My mom's boyfriend took me inside and got me a towel to put on my lip. Once my bleeding started slowing down my mom asked me if I still wanted to go scuba diving. I said yes, I did not want to put all of my training to waste. My mom also spent thousands of dollars on scuba gear. I did not want her to lose all of that money. Next we went to pick up my girlfriend. I her the story about my
