The video started of very informative. He beginning gave us a real insight as to who Chanel was, what she achieved and how she went about it. The visuals were excellent with the videos they implemented within the video however the video towards the end possibly could have been placed at the beginning as it was explaining what she did differently which they were explaining at the beginning of the video. So essentially the structure went from explaining who Chanel was & what she did, to her leadership style & finally back to people once again explaining what she did to revolutionise the industry. It is evident they clearly understood the leadership theory and which theory their chosen candidate fell into. With regards to how they explained the leadership theory they presented it well however the use of lecture slides to explain what their chosen candidate fell into could be perceived as lazy as they decided to just use in class material as opposed to finding external sources to explain what theory their candidate fell into. In terms of the amount of sources used there was a reasonable amount used from a variety of sources ranging from the web to in class lecture slides. The distribution for tasks was done well. Each individual had parts to play and no one person spoke longer than anyone else. Overall the video was well presented and informative. They showed clear understanding of the task throughout the video and didn’t stray from the assignment brief.
