Broadman Management has hire my team to upgrade their transaction processing system. Founded in 1994, Broadman Management started administrating a number of tiny cottages and local hotels but as the business grew they started to overlook operations and management of Baderman Island Resort as of 2004. The come is in need or an upgraded system as they currently use the system that was implemented in 2004 and much has changed with technology since then. The new Transaction Processing System will help with buying, selling in the Resort Gift Shop, servicing and paying bills along with giving payments to an employee and contractor, all while making bookings for the Resort. The new system will improve labor efficiency and print timely documents. Earlier system, such as the one that Broadman Management currently has, were rather expensive but the Return on Investment should be quick because current Transaction Processing Systems aren’t as expensive as when the company first created the system they currently use. Tools I will be using to create Week 4’s website will be Adobe’s Creative Cloud which will include software such as PhotoShop and Muse. Since I have a paid subscription I will be using Business Catalyst to host the temporary website. User input will be collected through a comment box in the contact us page of the website. An email will be sent directly to the support staff with the comment. I
