The following numbered paragraphs give brief summaries of resorts in Bora Bora which are in direct competition with the Four Seasons Bora Bora Resort. All of the following information was gathered from each of the resorts official websites, Travel+Leisure and Tripadvisor’s Bora Bora resorts section. All these luxury resorts are of similar standard, accommodation type and prices. They all cater for typical events like weddings, business conferences and private events. Also, they all have various programs that allow guests to explore the island and its culture. In addition, all have professional websites and offer bookings through online booking sites besides their own. The table provided shows an overview of each competitor and makes them easily comparable. The map attached is from the Tahiti tourism website referenced. It provides the locations of the resorts, the domestic airport and major cities. The locations of these resorts aren’t significant in terms of accessibility or travel time as Bora Bora is quite small, however it gives an insight to the views visitors would have at each resort and how isolated their location is from other resorts in the area.
