1.2 Workplace etiquette is about conducting yourself respectfully and courteously in the office or workplace. Good workplace etiquette will help you succeed in your career, and help you be welcomed among colleagues.
In my opinion, wear appropriate workplace attire comes first. Not only what you wear in workplace would present your first impression in eyes of the boss and co-workers, but also represent the company image to people outside the company.
Secondly, be on time is another important etiquette. If you cannot do it, it will waste others’ time and reduce work efficiency.
Thirdly, be neat and clean in workplace. All for one, one for all. Workplace would be very pleasant if everyone could keep neat and clean.
Fourthly, keep smiling and keep speaking polite language. It can quickly improve relationships with co-workers if you always maintain a positive and polite attitude.
Finally, complete your own work appropriately. It is what your boss hires you to do, and it can build your own confidence in workplace and others’ confidence in you as well.

1.3 Code of ethics: a written set of guidelines issued by an organization to its workers and management to help them conduct their actions in accordance with its primary values and ethical standards.
The first element is integrity. Integrity means making the correct choice when faced between right and wrong. Without integrity, individuals are untrustworthy and unprofessional in their professions. If I want to do the professional job like accountant, I have to be trusted by my boss, co-workers and customers. Integrity is a primary element, which leads people to succeed in workplace.
The second element is objectivity. To be an accountant that is professional, I will meet different clients and situations in which clients want affect my works on their files. Keep objective is what an accountant be required and I should implement it all the time.

It may cause harmful results to my colleague if I leak out his home phone number without his permission.
