You will also learn about new software for all company to put in place. So that corporation will have electric paper trails to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act at all times.

Whistleblowing in the Workplace Some people say that whistleblowers, those who call attention to possible wrongdoing and have noble characteristics this has remained the subjects for debate. It said that whistleblowers are, for the most part, are dissatisfied people or employees who spitefully accuse individuals that they feel wronged them in order to achieve their self-seeking goals. One of the main traits whistleblower seem to have is that they will not give up once they have their mind to doing something. After further research, it appears this person must have a strong constitution toward the good of all, devoted employee, honesty, and maybe be profoundly religious. The choice to become a whistleblower of the company can come with a big price to pay for many, it can become strenuous both physical as well as mentally. Their co-workers or the business can lose money and as well as destroying their reputations for being a whistleblower, and even may have some retaliation. In my options whistleblower are just as important in today’s business, and the corporation as the stockholders and CEO’s are. There are many famous cases of whistleblowing in today news such as the former cigarette company executive who uncovered the tobacco manufacturing's practice of manipulating nicotine to make cigarettes addictive(Whistleblower Online Lawyer Source). The case of Jeffrey Wigand, the women who expose the corporate financial shame at WorldCom and Enron. That upset and offended thousands of employees and investors Cynthia Cooper and Sharron Watkins this case was in the news for months. And then their respectively and the New York City cop who uncovered and reported corruption among his fellow officers Frank Serpico as stated by (Whistleblower Online Lawyer Source,2015).

Would and can make thousands of companies responsible and accountable for their compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. A second company must install specialized software always to have an electronic paper trail to ensure compliance with SOX Act (ERP Software, 2015). There are six major Section that has been put into the summary report so that all business is in compliance. The summary is quoted to say: “The essence of Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act states that the CEO and CFO are directly responsible for the accuracy, documentation and submission of all financial reports as well as the internal control structure to the SEC.
