Critically analyze the role of Third Druk Gyalpo Jigme Dorji Wangchuck in the process of democraticzation. Bhutan is a small country that lies between China and India. During that time the country is being ruled by Desis and Poenlops, where Bhutan has remain isolated till the second king. They try hard to develop the country, still than isolation of our country is not being solved until the third king enthrone. After he succeeds to throne in 1952, he brought great changes in our country. Due to his brilliant and visionary leader, the people of Bhutan were enjoying the peace and sovereignty of the nation. When it comes to the reign of third Druk Gyalpo the power of kings have decentralized and given the importance of people’s participation. Hence the role of third Druk Gyalpo is in sociopolitical events, the process of change in nation over initiated by bringing up. To have peace and tranquility to the people and keep continuing sovereign of country, he plans to The courts include Supreme Court, The high court, Dzongkha court and followed by dungkhag court. After making the different section of court, people are getting equal opportunity to oppose their rights with other opponent. And the Royal Court of Justice is like protection which makes the people to solve their problem and maintain peace among those decision makers. If there is no Royal court of justice then the powerful people will raise their voice and dominate the other even he didn’t make mistake. And all the criminal matters are handed by police and pass to district court. The abolition of the various categories of serfs and slaves which existed in Bhutan until 1959 is indirect correlation to the equalization of legal of legal standing before the law for all living in Bhutan, with commoners and nobles transformed in to modern self disciplining subjects of the nation states’ (Kinga, 2009,
